Payment and delivery terms
- At present Axess only accept orders with payment in advance. Deliveries will be sent after payment has been made (and confirmed by us).
- Ordered products are sent by Posten, the postal service of Sweden, once a week. If an ordered item should be out of stock, a message will be sent by email.
- You have the right to return undamaged and unused products within 14 days after reception. Return of an undamaged or unused product is sent to the address below, with a letter telling us the customer’s name, bank account information and the reason for returning the item. The customer pays the postage charges for the return.
- For defective or faulty product returns, send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org for further instructions.
- Unless otherwise specified, prices on the web site are inclusive of VAT.
